Are You Going Away This Summer?

If you think that you will be requiring travel vaccinations, please submit a travel assessment form ideally at least 6 weeks before you travel. Visit our Travel Vaccinations page for more information.

We have been looking at how we can improve access to Practice services; Doctorlink is our new online service where you can access advice, undertake a symptom assessment, where the outcome will direct you to the right treatment, whether emergency care, your GP, Nurse or self care. If your outcome indicates that an appointment is required, you simply click on the request appointment link.

Medication may be collected any time throughout the week, during our normal opening hours (see home page).

For repeat medication, please allow three working days notice from order to collection.

Your order can be;

  • Made by using our online ordering service (Systm Online). If you are not registered, please contact our reception team who can organise this for you.
  • By ticking the boxes on your repeat order slip, attached to your last medication order and handing it back to reception.
  • Please note that we do not accept telephone requests.

For new patients on repeat medication transferring to the Practice, please speak with the Doctor, who will arrange for your regular items to be added to your records.
